Many people feel limited by the choices available through their insurance so they choose to pay out-of-pocket or use a Health Savings Account. For example, they can decide the frequency or duration of therapy.

My clients self-pay because they received a referral from their family, friends, and other trusted sources who know the quality of my services.

Unlike those who use insurance, clients self pay because they feel better that information about their diagnosis and treatment plans are not being reported back to their insurance company.

Lastly, most people choose to self-pay to avoid denial of a claim or sudden failure to coverage services due to policy changes. No surprise payments or changes due to unmet deductibles.

My fee is $225 to $250 per session.  In certain circumstances, you may qualify for a lower fee.  I make every attempt to consider financial needs and to offer an affordable rate.

I accept payment via debit and or all major credit card through Ivy Pay (HIPAA compliant). You will initially receive a text message to enter your confidential financial information (which I have no access to); and at the morning of your appointment, your card will be charged for services.

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. I only see clients on a limited basis, and I reserve a specific time just for you. If you reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before your session, you will be charged for the full session rate.
Therapy is an Act of Self-Kindness and an Investment in Yourself. It is indeed true when they say: There is no Health without Mental Health.
